1、电压调节器铁心与触点臂间隙的调整。可借电压调节器活动触点和固定触点臂配合调整。其间隙一般为1.2~1.3mm，当电压过小，可增大其间隙，反之则减小间隙。也可调节电压调节器上的弹簧张力，即上下弯折弹簧钩，以改变弹簧张力。

1. Adjustment of the clearance between the iron core of the voltage regulator and the contact arm. It can be adjusted by means of the movable contact and fixed contact arm of the voltage regulator. The clearance is generally 1.2~1.3 mm. When the voltage is too small, the clearance can be increased, and vice versa. You can also adjust the spring tension on the voltage regulator, that is, bend the spring hook up and down to change the spring tension.

2、触点间隙的调整。触点间的压力是靠上下移动固定触点臂来进行调整的。触点应保持清洁平整，烧蚀时应用细砂纸打磨。

2. Adjustment of contact clearance. The pressure between the contacts is adjusted by moving the fixed contact arm up and down. The contact shall be kept clean and flat, and shall be polished with fine sandpaper during ablation.

在叉车维修调整触点间隙时，应注意电压调节器的固定触点和活动触点臂下扇触点的情况，因为会烧坏粘住，而引起发电机发电电压过高，而烧坏电气机件。

When maintaining and adjusting the contact clearance of the forklift, pay attention to the fixed contact of the voltage regulator and the lower leaf contact of the movable contact arm, because they will burn and stick, causing the generator to generate too high voltage and burning electrical components.

当电压过高时，应向下移动固定触点臂此时触点间隙0.3~0.5mm;当电压过低时，应提高固定触点臂。电阻烧坏或断路，应用同阻值的电阻更换。

When the voltage is too high, move the fixed contact arm downward. At this time, the contact clearance is 0.3~0.5mm; When the voltage is too low, raise the fixed contact arm. If the resistance is burnt out or open circuit, it shall be replaced with a resistance of the same value.

叉车转换开关控制线路由转换开关、接触器、电阻器及其他电器元件组成。其中，转换开关用于实现不同线路间的转换，但是，它不直接在线路间充当线路变换的角色，而是通过本身的不同挡位的触点的接触与断开，发布电命令，让对应的接触器产生动作，实现线路的变换。线路变换的目的，是为了导致直流串激电动机的转速变换，就是终实现蓄电池叉车的变速。
