　　节温器又称调温器，功用是根据冷却水温度的凹凸主动调理进入散热器的水量，改动水的循环范围，以调理冷却系的散热能力，确保发动机在适宜的温度范围内作业。节温器有必要坚持杰出的技能状况，否则会严峻影响发动机的正常作业。如节温器主阀门敞开过迟，就会引起发动机过热;主阀门敞开过早，则使发动机预热时刻延长，使发动机温度过低。此时可判断节温器的作业状况是否杰出，当发动机开端冷车运转时，水箱的上水室进水管处如还有冷却水流出，则阐明节温器的主阀门不能封闭;当发动机冷却水温度超越70摄氏度时，水箱的上水室进水管处无冷却水流出，则阐明节温器主阀门不能正常敞开，这时就需求进行修理。

　　一、发动机起动后的查看：打开散热器加水口盖，若散热器内冷却水平静，则标明节温器作业正常，否则，则标明节温器作业失常。

　　二、这是因为，在水温低于70℃时，节温器胀大筒处于缩短状况，主阀门封闭;当水温高于80℃时，胀大筒胀大，主阀门渐渐打开，散热器内循环水开端流动。

　　2. This is because when the water temperature is lower than 70 C, the expanding cylinder of the thermostat is in a shortened state and the main valve is closed; when the water temperature is higher than 80 C, the expanding cylinder expands, the main valve gradually opens, and the circulating water in the radiator begins to flow.

　　三、当水温表指示70℃以下时，散热器进水管处若有水流动，水温温热，则表时节温器主阀门封闭不严，使冷却水过早大循环。

　　四、水温升高后的查看：发动机作业初期，水温上千很快;当水温表指示80后，升温速度减慢，则标明节温器作业正常。反之，若水温一直升高很快，当内压达到必定程度时，沸水俄然溢出，则标明主阀门有卡滞，俄然打开。

　　4. Check after the increase of water temperature: at the beginning of engine operation, the water temperature is thousands of times fast; when the water thermometer indicates 80, the heating speed slows down, indicating that the thermostat is working normally. Conversely, if the water temperature has been rising rapidly, when the internal pressure reaches a certain level, the boiling water suddenly overflows, indicating that the main valve is stuck, suddenly open.

　　五、在水温表指示70℃-80℃时，打开散热器盖和散热器放水开关，用手感其水温，若均棘手阐明节温器作业正常;若散热器加水口处水温低，且散热器上水室进水管处无水流出或流水甚微，阐明节温器主阀门无法打开。

　　5. Open the radiator cover and the radiator drain switch when the water thermometer indicates 70-80 C, and feel the water temperature with your hands. 　　水泵是冷却水在冷却系统中不断循环的动力，影响水泵的要素有叶轮和皮带，叶轮松动冷却水就无法循环，导致水泵受损。皮带过大，导致水温过高，太小则会对水泵轴承、发电机轴承造成损害。

　　电扇风量的检测：可将一薄纸放于散热器前面，当发动机运转时，若纸能被吹开，则阐明风量满足。这和前置发动机的轿车电扇向内吸风有差异。叶片不能装反，并应确保电扇放护罩完全有效。

　　散热器方面，叉车的底盘较低，散热器置于车辆的尾部。粉尘很简单在散热器外表堆积，如果不及时清洗，就会严峻影响散热效果。冷却水严禁运用“硬水”，以防止散热器中产生水垢，导致冷却水增加缺乏。
