  叉车修理浅谈叉车发动机冒烟反常的原因 1、排气冒黑烟:

  (1) 柴油机负荷超过规则 降低负荷使之在规则的规模内

  (2) 各缸供油量不均匀 调整喷油泵

  (3)气门空隙不正确、气门密封不良,导致气门漏气,焚烧恶化 调整气门空隙,检查密封锥面,并消除缺点

  (1) 喷油器喷油雾化不良,有滴油现象,喷油压力过低 检查油嘴偶件,进行修磨或替换。重调喷油压力至规则规模。
  (1) Injector fuel atomization is not good, there is dropping phenomenon, injection pressure is too low to check the nozzle coupling, for grinding or replacement. Re-adjust injection pressure to regular scale.
  (2) 柴油机刚启动时,单个气缸内不焚烧(特别是冬天) 恰当进步转速及负荷,多工作一些时间。

  3、 排气冒蓝烟:
  3. Blue smoke from exhaust:
  (1) 空气滤清器堵塞,进气不畅或其机油盘内机油过多(油浴式空滤器)
  (1) Blocked air filter, poor air intake or excessive oil in oil pan (oil bath air filter)
  拆检和清理空气滤清器,削减机油至规则平面
  Remove and clean air filters, reduce oil to regular level
  (2) 活塞环卡住或磨损过多,弹性不足,安装时活塞环倒角方向装反,使机油进入焚烧室
  (2) The piston ring is stuck or worn too much, and its elasticity is insufficient. When installed, the piston ring is reversed in the chamfering direction, so that the oil enters the incineration chamber.
  拆检活塞环,必要时替换
  Remove and replace piston rings if necessary
  (3) 长时间低负荷(标定功率的40%以下)工作,活塞与缸套之间空隙较大,使机油易窜入焚烧室
  (3) Long time and low load (less than 40% of the calibrated power) work, and large gap between piston and cylinder liner, which makes oil easy to enter the incineration chamber.
  恰当进步负荷;配套时选用功率要恰当

  (4) 油底壳内机油加入过多 按机油标尺刻线加注机油。
  (4) Too much oil is added into the oil pan to add oil according to the oil scale.
  4、 排气中有水分凝结现象:气缸盖裂缝,使冷却液进入气缸 替换气缸盖。
  4. There is water condensation in the exhaust: cracks in the cylinder head cause the coolant to enter the cylinder to replace the cylinder head.
