When the scale in the core pipe of forklift radiator is serious and cannot be cleaned with sodium carbonate, the solder of the upper and lower water tanks of forklift radiator can be melted and removed, and then the reinforcement with similar section to the core pipe can be cleaned one by one. After cleaning, the upper and lower water tanks can be welded.

1、当上、下腔损坏时，应更换上、下腔及芯部污垢，然后焊接上、下腔;

1. When the upper and lower cavities are damaged, replace the dirt in the upper and lower cavities and the core, and then weld the upper and lower cavities;

2、如果水室或外芯损坏，可以焊接修复;如果泄漏量大，可以镀锡铜皮后焊接修复;如果内水管损坏，可以拆下外散热器，直接用锋利的铬铁修复;如果水管损坏，可以更换新芯;如果芯和散热器损坏过多，则应更换新散热器;

2. If the water chamber or outer core is damaged, it can be repaired by welding; If the leakage is large, it can be repaired by welding after tinning copper sheet; If the inner water pipe is damaged, the outer radiator can be removed and repaired directly with sharp ferrochrome; If the water pipe is damaged, it can be replaced with a new core; If the core and radiator are damaged too much, replace the radiator with a new one;

3、叉车散热器进出口管如有泄漏，应更换。如有泄漏，应拆除、接地或更换排水开关;

3. If the inlet and outlet pipes of forklift radiator leak, they should be replaced. In case of leakage, the drain switch shall be removed, grounded or replaced;

4、叉车散热器修理前，将3%——5%(质量分数)碳酸钠在80——90℃浸泡5——8h，除去水管内的水垢，用热水清洗干净。用200-300kpa压缩空气吹净翅片间的灰尘，然后进行水压试验。水压试验方法：用橡胶塞堵住叉车散热器进出口，注入50-100kpa压缩空气，将散热器浸入水中。如果有气泡，说明漏水。

4. Before repairing the forklift radiator, soak 3% - 5% (mass fraction) sodium carbonate at 80-90 ℃ for 5-8h, remove the scale in the water pipe and clean it with hot water. Blow the dust between the fins with 200-300kpa compressed air, and then conduct the hydrostatic test. Hydrostatic test method: block the inlet and outlet of forklift radiator with rubber plug, inject 50-100kpa compressed air, and immerse the radiator in water. If there are bubbles, it means water leakage.

5、冷却系统检修后，叉车散热器的储水量不低于原厂要求的1.3%，冷却系统的储水量不低于原厂标准的5%。
