Certificates to be provided when the electric forklift is licensed:

1、特种设备制造许可证。

1. Special equipment manufacturing license.

在特种设备领域，各制造、使用、检测单位，在规定期限内，如果不能取得TS认证，国家不允许其来战特种设备的相关领域经济活动。

In the field of special equipment, if the manufacturing, using and testing units fail to obtain TS certification within the specified period, the state does not allow them to engage in economic activities in the field of special equipment.

2、型式试验报告。

2. Type test report.

型式检验机构出具的型式检验结果判定文件，证明产品质量符合产品标准要求，对产品进行的抽样检验合格。

The type inspection result judgment document issued by the type inspection agency proves that the product quality meets the requirements of product standards and the sampling inspection of the product is qualified.
             

3、车辆合格证。

3. Vehicle certificate.

电动叉车使用合格证（产品质量合格证明）原件，其中的内容应含有设备的品种、特种许可证的级别编号、设备代码、型号规格等相关合格证信息，以及技术产品参数表的所有信息。

The original certificate of use (product quality certificate) of electric forklift shall contain the type of equipment, grade number of special license, equipment code, model specification and other relevant certificate information, as well as all information of technical product parameter table.

电动叉车厂家提示：购买时要注意车辆铭牌厂家信息，要与提供上牌证件的厂家是一致的，特种设备制造许可证一般小厂是没有的，选择购买电动堆高叉车时，选择上牌证件齐全的厂家，避免使用过程中被相关部门查处。

Electric forklift manufacturer tips: when purchasing, pay attention to the manufacturer information of vehicle name plate, which should be consistent with the manufacturer providing license plate. Generally, small factories do not have special equipment manufacturing license. When purchasing electric forklift, choose the manufacturer with complete license plate to avoid being investigated and dealt with by relevant departments in the process of using.
