　　电动叉车警告:在检查电气系统前，除了检测灯具和检查工作性能外，还必须先关闭钥匙开关，拔掉插头。禁止使用有故障的叉车。小故障会导致大事故。

　　一、泄漏检查:液压油、电解液、制动液。

　　1、 Leakage inspection: hydraulic oil, electrolyte, brake fluid.

　　检查液压管路接头、蓄电池和刹车系统有无漏油或漏气，触摸和目视检查，不要使用明火。

　　Check the hydraulic pipe joint, battery and brake system for oil or air leakage, touch and visual inspection, do not use open fire.

　　二。轮胎的检查

　　检查轮胎的地面，避免是否有损伤，轮胎的磨损程度是否超过安全警戒线。

　　2、当轮胎损坏或磨损超过安全警戒线时，应及时更换。

　　1. 刹车踏板检查:检查刹车踏板，看在减产过程中是否存在减速或卡阻，油门/刹车是否灵敏有效。

　　2. 检查制动液:打开制动油杯盖，检查制动液量是否在刻度范围内。如体液不足，请补充。
